General terms and conditions

Our general terms and conditions govern the agreement between Entrylaunchline and the customer. They contain provisions regarding booking, cancellation, payment, liability and warranty. For services in the salon, specific provisions apply as stated in the confirmation.

Important points:

  • Payment: Cash or debit/card in the salon, or online in advance if indicated.
  • Cancellation: free up to 24 hours before the appointment, after which costs may be charged.
  • Warranties: treatments are personal; results may vary.

Consumer rights (B2C)

As a consumer, you often have the right to information, the right of withdrawal for distance sales and statutory warranty. For direct salon treatments (on location), the right of withdrawal generally does not apply because the agreement is executed immediately and on site.

For products you purchase online and receive at home, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies, unless otherwise stated.

Right of withdrawal & returns

Right of withdrawal:when applicable, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving a product without giving any reason. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item.

Exceptions:custom-made products, hygiene-sensitive items and performed services that have been fully provided (e.g. facial treatment) are excluded.

Liability

We strive for due care but are only liable for direct damage resulting from intent or gross negligence of Entrylaunchline or its employees. We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profit.

If legal regulations prohibit a limitation or exclusion of liability, statutory liability applies.

Complaints and disputes

Do you have a complaint about a service or product provided by us? Please contact our customer service. We aim to handle complaints within 14 days.

Internal complaints procedure

  1. Submit your complaint in writing viaContactor by email.
  2. We will confirm receipt within 5 working days.
  3. We aim to resolve within 14 working days.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

If you cannot reach an agreement with us, you can use the European ODR platform:ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. It is also possible to file a complaint with the Disputes Committee or through the Australian court.

Frequently asked legal questions

The right of withdrawal applies to distance sales of products unless a legal exception applies (e.g. hygiene-sensitive products or custom-made goods).

You can send a request for access to entrylaunchline@outlook.com. We will respond within one month in accordance with GDPR legislation.

Payment in the salon via debit/card or cash, or online if offered. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment, after which cancellation costs may apply.
